Can I cancel at any time?
Yes - cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep full access until the end of your billing period. No penalties, no awkward phone calls.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes - paying annually works out to roughly 2 months free. Annual pricing is shown on the cards above. Contact us to switch an existing monthly plan to annual.
What currencies do you support?
UK customers are billed in GBP, US customers in USD. Both plans cover UK and US funding opportunities regardless of which currency you pay in.
Can I switch plans?
Yes - upgrade from Growth to Pro at any time and it takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing renewal so you keep Pro access for the rest of your paid period.
Do you offer refunds?
Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion. Monthly plans are non-refundable but you can cancel before the next renewal date.
