These terms and conditions govern your use of Grantscom (grantscom.com and grantscom.co.uk) and your subscription to our grant and tender discovery platform. By ticking the acceptance checkbox at the point of subscription, or by creating a free account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms in full.
Grantscom is a trading name operated as a business based in England. We provide a software-as-a-service platform that aggregates and matches government grants, tenders, and funding opportunities for UK and US businesses. Contact: hello@grantscom.com
Grantscom provides a subscription-based platform that searches, aggregates, and presents government grants, tenders, contracts, and funding opportunities sourced from official UK and US government databases. Our platform uses AI to match and score opportunities against your business profile.
Access to the full platform is provided upon successful payment of a subscription. A limited free tier is available without payment.
When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are required to tick a checkbox confirming you have read and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. By ticking that box you are entering into a binding contract with us on these terms.
We record your acceptance electronically. The record includes your user account identifier, the date and time of acceptance, your IP address, and the plan you were subscribing to. This record is retained as evidence of your agreement and may be used in the event of any dispute. Full details of how this data is handled are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in GBP or USD depending on your selection and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Your current subscription price is guaranteed for the duration of your active billing period.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance depending on the plan selected. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain full access until that date. No further payments are taken after cancellation.
Monthly plans: no refund is issued for any remaining days in the current month.
Annual plans: annual subscriptions are billed for a full 12-month period. No refunds are issued for annual plans, partial or otherwise. By subscribing to an annual plan you are committing to the full annual term.
A free plan is available with limited access to platform features. The free plan does not require payment and may be used indefinitely subject to these terms. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the free plan with reasonable notice.
Grantscom aggregates opportunity data from official government sources and third-party databases. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and currency of listings, we cannot guarantee that every opportunity displayed is currently open, accurate, or applicable to your business. It is your responsibility to verify eligibility and closing dates directly with the funding body before applying.

Match scores and AI-generated summaries are provided as a guide only. You agree to use the Grantscom platform only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
All platform software, AI models, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Grantscom. Underlying opportunity data sourced from government databases remains the property of the respective government bodies and is subject to their open data licences. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise our platform content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grantscom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss arising from missed opportunities, inaccurate listings, or unsuccessful applications. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are notified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
